LIVEWELL STRONG is all about the building blocks to developing a strong body. This program includes 8 weeks of strength-training going through three phases: Stabilization, strength, power. It is also paired with weekly mobility work to amplify your body's movement. This plan has a home and gym option, so you can take it wherever you are. What is the workout split? Legs, Push, Pull, Full body, Mobility/flexibility work. Each workout ends with a core finisher. What equipment will I need? For gym workouts, you'll need access to a full gym with dumbbells/barbells, free weights, and cables and/or bands. For home workouts, you'll need dumbbells (light/heavy), stability ball, and a set of tube bands with door anchors (all equipment is listed on my blog page) Can I lose fat on this program? Absolutely! Whether your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle, this program paired with the correct macros will help you make serious progress towards your goals.
