Plan description

This 4 week pelvic floor & core plan is great for anyone postpartum, post-operation, anyone looking to rebuild bladder strength or their connection to their pelvic floor and core. We start small and simple and slowly build into strength. It's about moving well and feeling good and then moving into the next program to increase difficultnesss. These are all amazing exercises that you can incorporate forever. Equipment needed: Pilates ball. You can find links to all equipment in the blog page. Plan details: The workout is set to 4 days a week back to back but you can always alternate and/or schedule how you need. Adding in walking daily is also a great tool that is not added in the weekly plan. All these workouts will also be located in the library if you ever want one on its own.
